Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 30, 2026

This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice.

1. Introduction

Linkraft respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, use the free tools, submit URLs, read our content, or join the waitlist — and what you can do about it.

Linkraft is currently a pre-launch product. We offer free tools and resources today, and a full platform is coming soon. This policy covers the public website and free tools as they exist now.

Linkraft is an independent project that offers free tools and resources. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@linkraft.io.

2. Information we collect

A. Information you provide directly

  • The email address you submit to join the waitlist.
  • The URLs you submit to the free tools.
  • Any optional message or contact request you send us.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the site, we (and our providers) may collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Device type
  • Pages visited and referring website
  • Approximate location (derived from IP address)
  • Usage events, such as running a tool or clicking a call-to-action
  • Server logs

C. Tool usage data

When you submit a URL to a free tool, Linkraft may fetch and analyze that public page to show its metadata, Open Graph tags, schema, JSON-LD, social previews, canonical tags, response headers, and other publicly available information.

  • Only submit URLs you are allowed to check.
  • The tools analyze publicly accessible information from the page you submit.
  • Linkraft may store limited scan data or logs to operate, improve, and debug the tools, and to prevent abuse.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide and operate the website and free tools
  • Generate tool results
  • Improve the tools and content
  • Understand which pages and tools are useful
  • Send launch updates to waitlist subscribers
  • Prevent abuse, spam, scraping, or excessive requests
  • Maintain security and debug technical issues
  • Comply with our legal obligations

4. Waitlist emails

If you join the waitlist, we use your email address to send launch updates and relevant product and resource updates. We currently store waitlist emails in our database (Supabase) and do not yet send automated emails through a third-party email service; if we add one, we will update this policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. We will not sell your email address.

5. Analytics

We may use analytics to understand site usage, traffic sources, page performance, and tool usage. Analytics may collect page views, events, device and browser information, referrers, and approximate location. We currently use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google LLC.

If cookie-based analytics is used, it is handled according to our Cookie Policy and your consent settings.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website work, remember preferences, or understand usage. For details on the cookies we may use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.

7. Service providers

We may use trusted third-party providers to help us run Linkraft, including for:

  • Hosting — Vercel
  • Database and waitlist storage — Supabase
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC)
  • Security, logging, and infrastructure

These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

8. Data retention

  • Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Server logs and tool scan logs may be kept for a limited time for debugging, security, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
  • Analytics data may be retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.
  • We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary.

9. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA (and in many other regions), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data
  • Object to certain processing
  • Restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Data portability, where applicable
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@linkraft.io.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Children

Linkraft is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Linkraft evolves. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
